Responsibilities: Meet with the Sales Team to review the secured project including confirming the scope of work, deliverables / client expectations, reviewing the estimate of costs, and identifying any required subcontractors after which they will be responsible for:
- Project Planning
- Define project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Team Management
- Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure client satisfaction
- Technical Abilities
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues
- Budget & Resource Management
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Monitor labor costs and project expenditures.
- Negotiate contracts and timelines
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of project progress.
- Report regularly to the HVAC Operations Manager, Finance Team, and President
